Guest information

Everything you need during your stay at Causeway Coast Holiday Park, whether you are in an apartment, holiday caravan, fairy pod or glamping lodge.

Park gate times

Main gates open at 8:00am and close at about 10:30pm. After that, exit through the sensor-operated gates beside the warden's bungalow, past the touring roundabouts and toilet block.

Hot water

Your accommodation has an immersion or boost button. Press it for extra hot water and always test the temperature first, as it can get very hot.

Electrical supply

Please don't overload sockets or run many high-powered appliances at once. If the power trips, contact reception.

Late check-out

Arrange late check-out with reception at least one day before you leave: 12:00pm for £20 or 1:00pm for £30, subject to availability.

In the event of a fire

Dial 999 and ask for the Fire & Rescue Service. Activate the nearest fire alarm call point, leave immediately and alert neighbours if it is safe to do so. Contact reception and do not re-enter until you are told it is safe. Do not fight a fire unless it is safe and you are trained.

Quiet hours

Please keep noise down between 10pm and 7am, and supervise children in all play and leisure areas.
