We’re delighted to welcome you to Causeway Coast Holiday Park. Whether you’re visiting with a touring caravan or motorhome, we hope you enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay on the beautiful Causeway Coast.

Use this welcome pack to find everything you need for a comfortable stay, from arrival information and park facilities to swimming pool bookings, local recommendations and emergency contacts.

Important Information During Your Stay

Park Gate Times

The main gates are open from 8:00am until approximately 10:30pm.

After 10:30pm, exit through the sensor-operated gates beside the warden’s bungalow.

Follow the route past the touring roundabouts and toilet block, as shown on the park map.

Hot Water

Your accommodation has either an immersion or boost button for heating the water.

Press the button periodically when additional hot water is required. Always test the temperature before use, as the water can become very hot.

Electrical Supply

Please do not overload electrical sockets or use too many high-powered appliances at the same time, as this may trip the electricity supply.

If your electricity goes off, please contact Reception for assistance.

Late Check-Out

Late check-out must be arranged with Reception at least one day before departure so our housekeeping team can make the necessary arrangements.

In the Event of a Fire

Emergency: dial 999
  1. Activate the nearest fire alarm call point.
  2. Evacuate your accommodation immediately.
  3. Alert your neighbours if it is safe to do so.
  4. Dial 999 and ask for the Fire and Rescue Service.
  5. Contact Reception and follow instructions from park staff.
  6. Do not re-enter your accommodation until you are told it is safe.

Do not expose yourself to unnecessary risks or attempt to tackle a fire unless it is safe and you are trained to do so.

Our outdoor play park is the perfect place for children to enjoy fresh air, adventure and fun.

Indoor Soft Play

Let little ones climb, explore and burn off some energy in our fun-filled indoor soft-play area.

Pick up everyday essentials, snacks, drinks and holiday treats without leaving the park.

Our Facilities

Enjoy our heated indoor pool, soft play, arcade, shop, play park and sports pitch, with most facilities located near reception—check your site map for directions. Please follow all displayed opening times and safety rules, supervise children and respect the park’s quiet hours from 10pm–7am.

From dramatic cliffs, sweeping beaches and historic landmarks to peaceful forests and picturesque seaside towns, memorable experiences are never far away.

Rathlin Island

Take the ferry from Ballycastle harbour and discover Northern Ireland’s only inhabited offshore island. Known for its wildlife, peaceful walking routes, dramatic cliffs and spectacular coastal views.

Walk, Explore and Enjoy Ballycastle

 

Ballycastle Marina and seafront are around a 15-minute walk from the park. Enjoy fish and chips at Morton’s, coffee at the seasonal Boathouse hut, or ice cream from Morelli’s or Maud’s.

 

In the town centre, you’ll find cafés including Thyme & Co and Ursa Minor, plus welcoming bars and restaurants such as O’Connor’s, The Diamond, The Cellar and Marconi’s.

Park Rules

Children and Facilities

Please supervise children around the park and follow all instructions provided by park and pool staff.

Dogs and Pets

Dogs must be kept on leads. Please clean up after your pet and keep animals out of facility buildings.

Driving and Noise

Drive carefully, observe the park speed limit and use designated parking areas. Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening.

Safety and Cleanliness

Use barbecues safely and never leave them unattended. Please keep your accommodation or touring pitch clean and tidy.
