You can pay for your holiday home by various means, including full payment upfront, or by financing your purchase over a set term. The options available to you will depend on your personal circumstances as well as the age and condition of your new holiday home.
We work with Santander who specialise in caravan holiday homes. We will arrange all administration ensuring you have a hassle-free buying experience. Rates as low as 10.9% (T&C’s apply), with deposits as low as 10% of the purchase price.
Ownership attracts many benefits besides being able to enjoy unlimited holidays as and when you wish during the season.
Our owners enjoy exclusive discount in our bars and bistros, as well as free access to all our facilities including our indoor swimming pools. We also arrange events exclusively for owners.
Our owners also have access to FREE unlimited Wi-Fi - superfast speeds perfect for streaming movies in your holiday home.
Pitch fees vary by park, and by location within the park. All our pitch fees are very competitively priced and are from as little as £3590 with an early payment discount available.
Like any other holiday or residential property, you will need to budget for certain running costs. These may include water charges, electricity usage, gas, and insurance. These costs will vary depending on your holiday home, its usage, and the location.
